Our random and unscientific studies show that these four rituals (a morning reset, 10-for-60 breaks, a midday N.A.P., and an evening Recharge Den) keep brains focused and teams smiling. We hope these practices prove their worth as training goes on.

Wellness Within Training When What Happens
Morning Wellness Sessions (every morning) 8:00 - 8:30 AM Light stretch, breathing, short stroll, or journaling and low-impact workouts. RSVP Link
10-for-60 Breaks During Sessions 10-minute break every 60 minutes to boost retention and keep teammates happier—built in wherever possible.
N.A.P. (No Activity Period) 1:00 - 1:30 PM Unstructured downtime: recharge wherever you want.
Recharge Den (every evening) 6:00 - 8:00 PM Unwind the training day with slime making, gem painting, fuel station, jam session, and more.
