Traffic Flow

How It Works
From Le Conte Avenue, cars will queue in a designated lane leading up to Levering Avenue, where the unloading zone is located in front of Gayley Heights. Once they reach the unloading zone, families will be greeted by move-in staff who will provide a brief overview of the process and assist them with unloading.
Step-by-Step Traffic Flow
Step 1: Queuing & Lane Assignment
- Verify residents are in the right location by asking “Hi, where are you looking to move-in to?”
- Cars are queued into a designated lane on Le Conte Ave leading up to Levering Ave where the unloading zone will be in the front of Gayley Heights.
Step 2: Unloading Process
- As cars reach the front of Gayley Heights, True Bruin Ambassadors (TBAs) should be stationed with moving carts to assist families with unloading belongings.
- Drivers should be encouraged to stay with their vehicles to reduce congestion.
- TBAs can direct families toward elevators in their building after unloading.
Step 3: Exit Procedure
- Once this vehicle is completely unloaded, drivers will exit by driving up Levering Ave and away from the front of Gayley Heights.
- Staff will direct vehicles toward long-term parking areas (Top Level of Lot 1).
Tips & Tricks for this Location
- Families are unable to use the gas station as parking, so they will need to unload on either Le Conte Ave or Levering Ave.
